We minimise your stress by coordinating with other external consultants and managing the Council application process providing them with any missing information until you get consent. Let us do the running around for you. You pay them directly and are in complete control. Remember, in the unlikely event of you not getting consent, the drawing fees are refunded back to you.

As you can imagine, dealing with them and getting the work done is often a challenge. Our project management team navigates through all these and gets you the consent to start the construction process.
Thereafter a separate team would take you through the construction process until the keys are handed over
